They saved my thanksgiving ? I placed an order on Amazon that randomly got canceled. I called to understand what my replacements looked like and they told me what I originally ordered they could fulfill. The customer service was absolutely amazing! Thank you.

I used to love this store location but the coffee bar and bakery has really gone down. The coffee is always empty or cold , no cream always empty, plus no good supplies to add to coffee. They used to have fully stocked of good organic things to add such as agave and other. It’s always empty or just not available. Then the bakery the goods are dry and the service isn’t as friendly as it once was. Used to love getting a good coffee and bakery there but it’s changed.

Bakery customer service is horrendous. I agree with some reviewers here on how the bakery staff hide behind their mask and just ignore you. I asked one of staff whether they have the whole cheesecake as I didn't see it on the shelf (as one would normally do). She said they don't have it and when asked when they would have it she just shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. Not helpful at all. Unfortunately this is the closest whole foods for me.

This review is specific to the parking lot, which has dangerous conditions. This week as I was walking back to my car, the cart hit a deep lip in the concrete and flipped over itself, banging up my knees and spilling my groceries everywhere. I had to go back inside as my carton of eggs were broken. I told them what happened and they replaced the eggs but said nothing else about it. When I told my husband, he said that he saw the exact same thing happen to a woman two months ago, in the same spot. She had a few glass bottles that actually shattered. Seems like the store is aware of these incidents and yet has not fixed the dangerous condition in the parking lot.

The store has everything you need but the Sushi is trash! It used to be good but lately in the past two weeks the sushi is frozen on the inside! I was eating rice around an ice cube. They are freezing the sushi and it’s not thawed out. Terrible! This is ready to eat stuff. It’s bad.

Great selection. If you pay attention to the sales, it's not terribly priced. Only complaint is they only have 1 lane with a checker open so if you have over 15 items or are paying cash you might have to wait to check out. I waited over 15 minutes just to get up to the belt to put my groceries on it. Definitely something they could work on if they see a line 8 people deep.

A regular Whole Foods. Just what you’d expect. But they have a beautiful fish tank at the front of the store that is worth the stop for the kids (young or old)!
