I thought this place was a pastry/bakery cafe but it's actually a pastry school. The chief is.Stéphane Tréand. He's supposed to be a renowned chef from France. The pastries are light and not overly sweet. Their macaroons though are very delicious, comparable to the Laduree. Price is not cheap though. Good dessert.

Arrived earlier at Saturday morning and the waiting to get in and the line was already there. The presentation was beautiful. Cakes were delicious and servers were all nice and pleasant. Will call ahead for large croissant order in the future.

Hands down, the best caramel butter macaroons I've ever eaten ? What a cute store. Everything looked amazing, almost to good to eat. The lady who helped us spoke four languages (that's amazing). #LocalGuides

Hands down best pastry shop. Stéphane Tréand and his wife are amazing. Stéphane was awarded an M.O.F. best craftsman in France in 2004. They don't just hand this title out to anyone in pastry. You can pre order for the weekend (to make sure you get what you want) and they do cakes.. The pastries are delicate, crispy, flaky, decadent and worth ever penny. He teaches classes and they aren't cheap but you won't get these lessons anywhere else. Stop in and give it a try. I'm sure it'll be a home run for you and the family.

I had the best almond croissant from this place. We also bought some delicious chocolates that my family devoured in short time.

The staff were very friendly and professional. We will be coming back for our pastry needs!

Phenomenal pastries and baked goods. I'm always pleased to find canelé Stateside. I always stop by when I'm in town. Their work is exceptionally professional and deserves great praise. Prices might seem a bit higher than other places, but they deliver a quality that exceeds their price. Highly recommended.
