I ordered a macaron cake from The Mad Macaron for our son's birthday recently. It was very cute and tasty. Tracy was so gracious to gift us with some macarons. They were pretty and delicious! We've had macarons from Sucre' in New Orleans a few tumes before, and Tracy's macarons are comparable, if not better. Actually, my husband and my son prefer the macs from The Mad Macaron. And I do, too.

I have never tried a macaron until today! I got an assorted box and have tried three flavors so far! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I LOVE THEM. I have a super picky four year old that tore the "pretty pink one" apart! She usually doesn't eat things like this and hates cake, but she officially approves the macaron! If you want to try some, I'd try some from Tracy!

I HIGHLY recommend The Mad Macaron for all your party (or snack) needs. Tracey really puts all her love into these decadent sweet little treats. I haven’t had a flavor yet that I haven’t loved. Cotton Candy and Creme brûlée are by far my favorite. My husband and two year old love them too! They’re gluten free and not overly sweet. The perfect little tray for when you have a sweet tooth but don’t want something overly sweet! The Mad Macaron is my favorite guilty pleasure!

I’ve had other macs in the area. They don’t compare to The Mad Macaron. The only downside is these aren’t as easily accessible as the others. But when I have my chance, I take it. Great quality, always super soft, fluffy, and flavorful.

Before Tracy's macaron - I've only ever had one macaron in my life and it was from disney in Florida last year and it was terrible. I was skeptical and just thought they were too fancy and not for me.... and now I'm addicted. They are sooooo delicious with the perfect crunch and chewiness. Each flavor is exactly as described. I love watching your talent grow and you take on new challenges! Rock on <3
