EXCELLENT! I’m a make it from scratch with quality ingredients person. The products at this shop are made from scratch daily. That’s a BIG DEAL to me. We got the carrot cake, a cookies and cream cupcake, vegan/gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and a frappe made with coconut milk. All was very delicious and it was so hard not to buy more. Other vegan options available too.

Edit: (noticed on several visits this place closes before their official business hours) which is a bummer!

Also, I’ve been coming here for years and customer service has definitely been on a decline.

Incredibly delicious macrons!
The cream brûlée are my absolute favorite.
Has just the right amount of chewy, crunch consistency!
I come here a lot because they carry my favorite flavor! The customer service is good.

Only complaint is they will charge you $1 for a CUP of faucet water.

Stale, “miniaturized” cupcakes. My car key was almost bigger than the cupcake. On a Friday night, Only had 3 flavors. Workers were not very inviting. I remember this place being much better years ago. I don’t know what happened…..

Stopped by this cozy coffee and pastry shop nestle in Town & Country. There was very limited seating and a long line at the counter. Only one female staff working but she kept her cool and took order as they came. I admire her as she knew her way around and making drink order.
Here was what we ordered:

2 Cupcakes (chocolate and vanilla) ‐ There wasn't much depth of flavor though the cupcakes were moist

6 macarons - you have a choice of different flavors but don't recall what my son picked but the macarons had a good amount of cream and almost perfect light crispy texture on the outside with softness on the inside. Again it lacks flavor to make it perfect

Vietnamese coffee - good amount of sweetness and love the strong coffee flavor as it should be

Croissant with ham and cheese ‐ this would have been so delicious if there were more ham and cheese. The croissant was flakey on the outside and soft when it was warm. (Picture not shown as my son gobbled it down because he was hungry at that time)

May return to try other items on the menu if I am in the area again....hopefully there will be another staff member to assist. It seems people was willing to wait to order.

I recently visited Sweet Place and had an extremely disappointing experience due to poor customer service. When I entered, a young lady saw me but didn’t acknowledge my presence. One costumer was in front of me and ordered coffee She went straight to preparing customer’s drink without even a simple "I'll be right with you. I waited over 15 minutes close to cashier/order place without any acknowledgment. Eventually, two new customers walked in, and she immediately took their orders, completely skipping over me. When I pointed out that I had been waiting for 15 minutes, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for ignoring me, she just asked, "What do you want?" with a cold attitude. I asked about her name so I can bring it up to her manager she gave me a look and Said Laura/Lora, not sure if she said the truth.

Her lack of courtesy and professionalism was shocking. Again when I asked for her name and suggested she should at least apologize, she gave me an indifferent look and remained silent. It's baffling how someone with such poor customer service skills was hired. I won’t be returning.

3 ladies behind the counter, but only 1 actually working. Other 2 standing there talking to each other and I had to almost hop behind the counter to get their attention. I bought a cupcake and bottled apple juice. I asked for a small bag. They set the bag on the counter next to my items, then went back to talking. No one behind me. I had to bag my own stuff. Just a little weird.

The macarons here are usually really nice, been coming here for years and have tried other dessert and drinks here too such as the cupcakes and lattes.

The coffee is not great. Have tried flavors such as rose, french vanilla, and lavender latte and the flavor is barely noticeable and half the time it tastes burnt and/or the flavored syrup wasn’t added. Also ordered to-go a few times and tasted the latte after leaving, and it tasted like a regular latte that they forgot to add the flavor. Personally don’t think it’s worth it to get coffee here anymore.

As for the macarons, usually get the blueberry, pistachio, honey lavender, rose, and green tea raspberry but have also tried others such as salted caramel, funfetti birthday cake, espresso/coffee, fruity pebbles, cookies cream, creme brûlée, chocolate, strawberry, lemon, red velvet, and seasonal flavors such as pumpkin spice, gingerbread and others. The macarons are great 4/5 times, the other 1/5 they sometimes taste like they’re a bit old/stale and the cookie is brittle instead of soft and the icing or cream isn’t soft inside either.

Seating is also limited here and the place is quite small.

Over it’s a decent place with cute decor inside the little cafe if you’re in the citycenter area and has a nice variety of flavors for macarons. Other than that, the other desserts and drinks here are 50/50, sometimes you get lucky, and sometimes it’s not that great. Would recommend stopping by if you’re passing by and in the mood for the macarons.

The girl behind the counter was awesome. However, none of the bakery items were. I purchased 2 cupcakes (a vanilla and a chocolate) 2 chocolate croissants, a latte, and cake pops but never again. The cupcakes were dry and flavorless, the croissants were hard, the latte was average, and the cake pops were just okay. To be fair, one of my cousins got their macaroons and she loved them, while another cousin got a red velvet cupcake and loved it.
