My visit was on April 1st at 11pm. I forgot the name of the cashier but he was brand new. He was the nicest person I have ever encountered and I want to make sure that someone at your establishment finds out his name and gives him props. This Sheetz is one of the cleanest Sheetz I have ever been in and is very modern. I am a “Freak” member and have already doubled my points needed for this status in 2023 so I have seen my fair share of Sheetz locations. I hope to see this model version be the cookie cutter for future locations and remodels.

My go to lunch place. gas is priced alright, but the selection of easily customizable food is my favorite. mozzarella sticks are excellent. Facilities are also clean, including the bathroom. the self checkout process is also simple and easy to use, and it's pretty quick.

This is the worst Sheetz I've ever visited. Dirty, unstocked, and the employees were nonrespnsove. The fountain drink area had more soda on the floor and counter than in the machine. My shoes and hand are still sticky! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!! 1 star is generous.

Tierra the manager has a nice positive attitude, not matter what time you going in you see her, she would greet you and give you positive energy. Shout out to Ms. Tierra for keeping customers happy and crew members

If you drive up and down Tryon Road, this is a great place to go to stop for a refill on gas and grub. It's the smaller Sheetz layout, but they've got plenty of selection for prepared foods, snacks, and drinks...and of course their Made to Order (MTO food). The store itself is kept clean and organized, and the bathrooms are usually clean enough. And the food here is good: If you've never been to a Sheetz before these places have better than average "gas stop" food. If you have been to a Sheetz before, I'd say this one hovers around the average for MTO food (sometimes a little better, sometimes a little less, but still hot, greasy and filling!). On the downsides, I feel the parking and the gas pump areas are a little tight (owing to the size of the lot).

Horrible experience ordered a pretzel here that took 40 minutes to come out and were cold. Also the worker at the front Katie was extremely rude and uncooperative should honestly be fired

I write a lot of reviews! Also, i come this store aaall the time, but today i wanna take the time to write this one for an employee that went above and beyond. ☆Brittany☆ Thank you for your help!. I wanted a drink that was "out of atock" and she realized, stopped doing some restock at the front went into the walk in cooler and found a new case of the drink i wanted! So glad i found it

I put in an order through the app to pay for my food when I get there. So I get there right at the time I had set the order for and pay for it to get an order number expecting them to call out the number when it's ready. 15 minutes go by and seemed too long for the food prep so i go up and check. It was just sitting behind the counter and had been for sometime. I don't get why someone couldn't just announce it was ready. But the food was good even if the service leaves something to be desired.
