Had the best experience baked my own bread, learnt so much about bakery and breads. Saurabh is an excellent chef and shared so much knowledge in my weekend bread masterclass. Here are some of my own breads i baked and enjoyed @ sattva. Neat clean and hygienic place for bakery. Pure veg and sattvic food.

Attended hands on Croissant masterclass it was an insightful detailed session covering theory & practical, tips & tricks to make the perfect croissants. 10/10 recommend the classes if you want to perfect your baking skill. Will be joining more sessions with Chef Saurabh.

I took my basic fondant classes from chef saurabh Baghel agel, at Sattva patisserie & boulangerie. Had an amazing experience. Clears all of our doubts without gate keeping any and sharing his experience. The atmosphere is homely, very clean . Classes are worth it , very professional. Grateful .

Attended the croissant workshop conducted by Chef Saurabh. This workshop was undoubtedly one of the best I have ever attended in terms of knowledge imparted and practical tips. His knowledge in the field is immense... and he is a great human being...
