Ordered Garlic Chipotle Shrimp Bowl, They sent "baby Portions" and if you weigh it, I am sure it wasnt even half or 1/3 pound. The rice and black beans was somewhat uncooked, the shrimps were below average and this for $14. Do yourself a favor but not going here. Order was placed through Relish/EZ Cater

I ordered a cake for my father's 77th birthday a week in advance and upon arrival to the bakery, I found out they never made the cake. They offered alternative cakes already made or to bake the requested cake immediately, but I didn't have time to wait that long. I took a refund instead.

Update The bakery reached out to me and offered to make the cake I requested free of charge out of good will and an attempt to make things right. I accepted their offer and brought home the cake yesterday. It was delicious and my father was very happy.

Thank you Rustika for putting forth the effort to make things right, it is greatly appreciated. You have earned a second chance from me. Well done!

I absolutely love Rustika! I stopped in here a while ago for a quick lunch and I was very pleasantly surprised. I now go here every other week while I’m at work and get the lunch combo to go with a chicken salad sandwich and Caesar salad. It also comes with homemade chips and salsa. It’s one of my favorite lunches and I’ve never even tried anything else from here because it’s that good! The portion size is great for the price, and the mango chicken salad is so yummy. Service is always quick and desserts are delicious as well. I’ll keep going here for as long as I work next to it!

I'm revising my review: The owner contacted my son and offered to make it right and she did. We had the cake this evening (a couple of days late) and it was delicious. Thank you for doing the right thing and making it delicious. I will definitely recommend this bakery to everyone looking for 1st class baked goods.

Atmosphere doesn’t get 5 only because thing seem tense behind the counter most days. Service from one employee in particular is top notch. There are some things that could be improved overall but it’s a great neighborhood spot. That you Tory for always giving great service. Thought it was time to acknowledge it!

Compramos este pastel como ella sugirio que podia prepararlo para el pedido que queriamos realizar,pero parece que me vendio buttercream con pan,me dio toneladas de buttercream y casi nada de pan, al grado que no se puede comer,sabe grasoso y parece que estoy mordiendo una mantequilla directo del refrigerador, y pensar que ella me vendia uno para 30 personas en $320 dolares ya con mi diseño discreto.

Service was slow. Food was meh. Ordered the breakfast tacos, the strawberries and cream pancakes from the specials menu, and a dish from the specials menu that I don't recall the name and was not expecting when it arrived at the table. The tacos were okay. The pancakes were very dry and dense and did not come with enough syrup. The egg dish smothered in green sauce was bland and had way too much sauce. All of the dishes were overpriced for the lack of quality. We will not be returning. There are far too many good restaurants in Houston.

First was great and dessert really hit the spot. The coffee was delicious, the turtle coffee and the regular drip coffee. I ordered the chicken fajita bowl and it was awesome. A very generous portion and it tasted like my own mother made it. We also had some cookies and they were great. Had no issues with the service. You place your order up front and they bring you your food.
