Mixed feelings because the first time I went the service and atmosphere was amazing. So good I decided to come back a couple of times yet each other time didn’t match the first experience. It would take extended amounts of time for my order to be taken and while I’m waiting I could see in plain sight the staff play fighting (punching kicking) each other and eating food while cooking. Just didn’t feel professional or settling at all for how amazing the bakery food was.

First time there, cute little place. The pastries were out f this world delicious, fresh and different. I had the almond flour croissant and it was amazing, if they didn't tell me it was made with almond flour I would've never known. They also had beautiful cakes and sweets. Coffee wasn't great, tasted and looked like a coffee that was left out of the fridge for the ice to melt for a day before they served it to me. The people working there was cold and short with their answers, like they were in a hurry and we were a bother. I did not like the atmosphere, very uninviting, that made for a not so great experience, we drove 2 hours to try this place and were disappointed in general.

Tres magnifique!
Browsing the galleries and shops in historic Lenox we wandered into Patisserie for lunch.
It is a delightful venue for a quick meal, to have some coffee or tea. And of course to enjoy their many breads, pastries, croissants, and desserts.
Their soup of the day was a butternut apple bisque - a perfect antidote to the day’s chilly air. My spouse enjoyed their salmon. And we saved room for some really wonderful pastries
There are plenty of teas, coffees and other beverages.
Order at the counter and they bring you food to you when it is ready.

Absolutely delicious! We have been to the cafe several times and decided that their delicious macaroons and chocolate chip cookies would be a great send-off to our wedding guests. They were very kind and were able to satisfy our order. All our guests were beyond happy with the surprise of the cookies at the end of the night and a yummy parting gift of rose water and pomegranate macaroons. They were beautiful and the colors also matched our wedding colors. Just lovely! Can't wait to go back!

Love Patisserie Lenox. Come here every time we are in town, and often more than once during each visit. The atmosphere does mimic that of a Parisian cafe - cozy seating and you are never rushed out. Bring a book or some good conversation to enjoy alongside a broad menu of nice coffee and teas, great baked goods (I always enjoy their almond croissant), and great quiches. They do have hot breakfast plates as well, but the vibe is more patisserie than sit-down full-breakfast - again, just like a Parisian cafe. Only just learned they have a few other locations spread around Western Mass, the Berkshires, and upstate New York, hope to stop by those shops sometime as well.
