Delicious and beautifully made cakes here. Staff are friendly too. My only complaint is the wooden utensils which make every bite taste like wood. I appreciate the concept, but bring your own utensils or take out.

Amazing cafe ever! The manager Matt is very kind and great service. I come back here every time I come to UWS. My favorite is Pistachio Financier. It’s so beautiful green inside. Also Napoleon cake is very good quality, crispy every bite, less sweet cream which I love. I always buy a Napoleon in NYC if it’s available, and so far this place has the best one. I tried a smoked salmon croissant sandwich when all kinds of sandwiches were 50% Off after 3pm. It was chef quality, fresh, great combination of ingredients. I enjoyed very much. I want to try every menu in this cafe as much as I can. One again, thank you so much Matt for your great service!

My favourite cakes in UWS. I bought Bunny Cheesecake and Sesame Muse Cake for takeout. It's delicious and beautiful looking.

We have visited their multiple locations including the newly open Upper East and West side stores.

They serve various bread, pastry, dessert and light meal which are perfect for all occasions and taste buds so we also downloaded their app for membership reward program.

We had their Plain Croissant and Baguette as breakfast. It’s overall decent but with little high price. They also run daily promotions but we missed the one on Tuesday which is “Buy one regular-priced coffee and add $2 to purchase any bakery item.”

Small Gems, this place is exactly that. The atmosphere is calming, cool and beautiful. The service is always perfect, the customer service has never failed to make me feel welcomed and happy to have spent money. The food is delicious, and in this day and age with prices being what they are, this place is ah-fford-ah-ble... And so worth every cent and more, but happy they don't charge more. Have been here every weekend for the last 2 months. The Pistachio francière is my favorite, the pistachio flavor packed into this soft round masterpiece. My wife loves the French Canele, the balance of caramel to licorice flavor is perfectly balanced and she loves them until they are gone and ask when can we get more. Happy to have found this gem and will continue to show support. Jamaica Queens to NYC for One of The Best New French Patisserie in the city in my humble opinion. Can't wait to see you next weekend.

Delicious food and drinks served in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. I took advantage of the sandwich and drink special and received two macaroons as well.

The coconut tea is refreshing and the turkey sandwich was delicious served in the croissant. I will return to sample the coffee menu. Great spot !

Tucked away spot easy to miss/not well advertised.

Everything is very hit or miss. Most aren’t worth getting at all but this is probs still one of the better patisseries out there. I enjoy their chocolate mousse more than many other spots’ and some of the cakes and eclairs have a nice touch of golden crunchy balls. Most menu items have an appealing presentation. Standout chocolate chip cookies and brownies; make sure to ask for them hot!! Other things I like from here: (iirc) hazelnut (?) eclair, raspberry cheesecake, their scones. Drinks are decent

Sandwiches are a ripoff—$14-20 each—unless you buy it w a drink, a discount only available at certain times, which balances it out somewhat. Vegan macarons only $2.50, worth it but some can be too sweet. Eclairs are meh. Pastries suck. Wasteful, excessive packaging. For some reason even a few items warrants an entire box w a magnet?

Some staff nicer than others. The Latino guy often seems moody

Generally one’s money can go further elsewhere but this is a chill spot to work. Can sit here for a while w/o interruption. Restroom open but there’s only one outlet

Recommended: chocolate chip cookies and brownies HOT

The quality of the cakes is top-notch! Just a heads-up, they are pricey. Initially, I was thrown off by the everyday 50% off after 4pm promotion, which, as it turned out, didn't include cakes. Regardless, I thoroughly enjoyed them—they're more akin to hotel-level cakes than typical American ones! 🙂 Especially, Lime tart was amazing.
