This place has become a favorite of mine in Lafayette for indulgences in pastries. The staff labors intensely to provide a taste of Europe in Lafayette. The atmosphere is appropriately decorated and has adequate space to sit, relax and enjoy their croissants, quiches, bombolonis and more.

The atmosphere is beautiful. You are able to see the products being made while looking at the display case. Presentation is stunning. I tried the mixed berry danish and was blown away by the taste. The texture is perfect. I highly recommend it. I will 100 percent return!

We tried the pecan croissant this weekend, and I’m happy/sad to report this might become a weekly treat. Absolutely amazing! Also enjoyed the bacon and egg delight. Everything in the case was beautifully presented. Just wish they were open more! Take your family. Lafayette’s lucky to have a quality pastry place like this.

Wow! Just Wow. I first heard about Lucia a few months back. I began stalking their Facebook page. If you have had a chance to glance at it you would know, JUST WOW!

The presentation is equally as amazing as the taste.

We first visited on a Wednesday, and the options were a little limited. That didn't stop us from trying a cinnamon roll, and a few other pastries. I am positive I licked the plate clean! I then went back on a Saturday, and wow. I brought 2 friends on the Saturday because I needed everyone I love to try it! We ordered 1 of 6 or 7 different items to all share and try! I can honestly say that the quality of these pastries have been the closest, I have had to some of my favorite bites & memories in Italy.

We then went again on a Thursday which I brought a new friend to try ? and we again licked the plate clean!

I have heard amazing things, but the quality has surpassed far, far, far, what I have heard or even thought for that matter.

I can't say I have a favorite item, because honestly it's all been 100%!

I can not wait to try the king cakes!

All I can say is WOW... after my 4th time visiting and trying many of the different offerings here, it's impossible to find the selection and quality anywhere else. The croissants alone are reason to go, but far from the only thing good there. You can't go wrong no matter what you pick. Quality and presentation are amazing, and very good espresso and latte coffee! Can't recommend this place highly enough. They do only produce what they can each day, so get there early!

We were impressed by the quality of the pastries . Cafe latte was right on point . Our favorite bakery here in the area! Definitely top 5 for us and we are BREAD LOVERS traveling all along the US and this place has quality and deliciousness for sure .
It’s a must !
