The store has underground/ground level parking for customers. The store is on the second level with stairs and escalator access. There is a Starbuck, a cake shop, bakery and hot/salad bar. Small carts are available and hand baskets for shoppers. Staff are friendly and helpful. always seems well stocked on essentials.

Best restaurant so far I have visited in Vancouver. So many restaurants in Vancouver I have visited was soo CHANG-RYUL창렬. I was so glad to find this one. Most koreans would know this word CHANG RYUL.

I went to grocery shopping, there are only 3 bags of cake pastry flour left on shelf. It's 20% higher than Loblaws.ca. I also noticed that other products with same brand (all purpose flours, bread flour, pizza flour) are match the Loblaws.ca. Is store adjust the tag according to the availability?

This review is about the City Market meat department and customer service only. (North Vancouver)

I have shopped there often and come across a few bad interactions with their meat department. They are unaccommodating, at times rude, and definitely not welcoming at all. Although they claim to be a butchers. Do not look at them as a butcher shop. Just shop off the shelf. Even at that, be very careful. I once bought some steaks on special and they were rotten.

I have had no adverse experiences with the other departments.

Pleasant indeed. This store is lovely, corporate price increases and policy do make it harder to shop here.
People are wonderful, every department, truly a nice place to be.
Some things out of their control in store lose a star, but keep in mind this is not your cute little neighborhood grocer, this is a part of the massive Loblaws Empire.

We purchased something for our office but there was something on the product. I will not go into further details.

Management were very diligent and proactive in solving the “hiccups”. I was also promised by the night manager, that he would talk and further investigate, to make sure it does not happen again.

The Owner was true to his words. Very gracious gentleman to come in, and personally hand delivered in our office some beautiful flowers and plant.
