Is the croissant fresh? Yes of course she said. It wasn’t, the worst experience. The charge you when paying by card. Never again.

Every year for my birthday, my wife orders the same cake from la patisserie Neutral Bay. Actually, at my insistence, she orders several. We drive all the way from Kellyville just for this cake(s). One year the owner told me that she is no longer making this particular cake as it was too labour intensive, but she would still make it for me as she knows I order it every year. The cakes are magnificent, and the excitement by which the owner greets my whole family every year is adorable. Great cakes. Great service.

Croissants are really good here. Haven't tried the cakes and chocolate but they look really gunmy!

We moved out of the area years ago but this bakery is still the place we drive all the way back to in order to buy cakes whenever we host family and friends. This is mostly because our friends demand we get the same cakes again and again! Highly recommended the apple tart and the rose pistachio cake. Suggest you get one size larger than you need so there are leftovers…

What can I say that people don't already know! Amazing display of cakes, good service and fast coffee, which is a pretty awesome combo for a cafe anywhere really. Tried the blueberry cheesecake which is a staple and somewhat of a yardstick for cheesecake fans like myself, I mean if you can't do an excellent cheesecake you shouldn't bother baking at all 😉 Perfect for locals and pedestrians as parking is a bit of a lucky dip in a busy built up area 🙂

This is by far the best cake shop in Sydney! I have been going there for years and they always have the best cakes and an amazing customer service. They have kindly accommodated my cakes orders over the years even when it has been at short notice. They make the best chocolate eclairs! and by that I mean French quality eclairs!

It’s been a Sunday ritual for years to pick up fresh croissants from this unassuming patisserie in Neutral Bay. The service is always friendly and the croissants are the best and most authentic we’ve found in Sydney. Highly recommend.

This place is by far the best French pastry place I have come across in Sydney north. I have been coming here for 9 years and I never get dissapointed. Their quality and freshness of croissants, choc croissants and snails, are true French. Whoever says the contrary has never tasted true French bakery. In addition, this place offers the best coffee. I am amazed how small shops like this, provide you with true quality of their products or have bought takeaway and eat them after a while.

By way of information, true pastry connaiseurs know that pastry is eaten at the place and at the moment of purchase, and only just a few minutes after while sitting inside a paper bag; not after a few hours of the pastry sitting inside a bag. If it still remains "fresh" and in shape afte a few hours, then you should probabbly question the ingredients.
