On our vegetarian days, the Soya Chaap Rumali Roti combo is one of our go-to dishes, and EverBake in Shalimar Bagh is at the top of our list for this. The flavors are consistently amazing, making it one of our absolute favorites in Delhi. Apart from these their chur chur naan thali, chinese food and pasta etc are also very good. The place is a little pricey for sure but the taste and quality is good. They have outdoor tables where you can stand and eat or take the food in your car. They have bakery items and a variety of breads as well.

Located in main market of Shalimar Bagh, West Delhi.

You have to pay first and take your order yourselves which is kind of weird after paying so much. No seating space is there. Outdoor space is available to stand and eat.

Tried 3 items from their menu -

1. Kathi Rumali Roti (300 INR) - Something unique and rumalis are not paper thin

2. White Sauce Pasta (300 INR) - really good quality and quantity

3. Chocolate Truffle Pastry (150 INR) - Liked it

Prices are inclusive of taxes. They have pastries, baked items, north indian, chaats and everything.

However, when it comes to taste, the experience is somewhat mixed. While the Pani Puri is delightful and enjoyable, some other offerings fall short. For instance, the taste of the pineapple pastry is below average and lacks the expected flavor punch. Most other items hover around average in taste, not quite matching the high standards set by their presentation and hygiene.

Overall, Everbake offers a clean and visually appealing environment with a few standout items, but there's room for improvement in the taste department. If you're in Shalimar Bagh or Punjabi Bagh, it's worth a visit for their unique eggless and vegetarian offerings, particularly if you enjoy Pani Puri.

I think their Kathi Rumali are the best combo you will ever have. Try this in winter once and you will be drooling every time you think or hear this name "Kathi Rumali". Prices are a bit expensive but for a cuisine like this we can say it's reasonable. Moreover the place also gives us a good vibe. It is located in the main market and parking is also available. You can try different things here as you can consider this a mini food market but again do try this once and become a fan of Kathi Rumali forever.

This place used to be a go to place earlier but since about an year, they have degraded the quality of food. I ordered Veg Manchurian and Kathi Sabzi. While Manchurian was too spicy, kathi kebab came out to be too oily. To make things worse, kathi sabzi had few pieces of chilli paneer. This is limits as it doesn't seem to be a mistake. You can't just drop such a big piece of chilly paneer by mistake into other dish.
On contacting the restaurant about the same, the manager was rude and crossed all the limits by saying that you should bring it to the store to prove our mistake even though I ordered online and was willing to share pics.
