I absolutely loved this little Patisserie shop in the exquisite "The Equestrian Hotel in Ocala, FL.
This delicious red pastry with a gold leaf on top was mouth-watering goodness bite by bite.
The girl working was super nice and sweet, helping me choose from the gluten-free options. I forgot her name but it was last Wednesday I was there. She said her favorite one was the one I got, and she was right it was the best. Then again, I only tried one of the several options, so next time, I'm in town.
The shear exquisite fine dining and atmosphere is worth it. White marble floors crystal chandeliers nothing but exceptional.

I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Awesome place to visit for some amazing desserts if you're in Ocala and especially if you're visiting the WEC. We were in the neighborhood and were looking for a good cake shop and found this. Got some pastries from here which were great. They have a vegan and a gluten free option as well - wish they had a few more instead of just one.
Staff was nice and friendly. Reaching here by car can be a bit tricky as Google Maps couldn't weed out the roads that are closed for vehicular traffic and kept routing us there.
Decent amount of parking space near the shop.
Definitely recommended.

Today is national donut Day at Emma's stop by The world Equestrian Center and get yourself something warm and a unique treat. There are six specialty donuts on display stop by and try one or two. I picked up creme brulee very berry and a maple bacon donut. ?

Emma’s Patisserie was a really great and pleasant surprise. To find some refined patisserie so well located definitely was a unforgettable surprise. The delicious well made cheese/guava desert (my week spot) was the temptation that I couldn’t resist. Well done!!!! Definitely a most come whenever at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala-FL. Prices are reasonable and personnel are friendly. Well well done. A+

Found Yohann Le Bescond at Emma's Patisserie...as seen on Summer Baking Championship Season 1 on The Food Network....great pastries and a great guy!!!!
The Almond Croissant was flaky and a little sweet...the Mrs reported the Strawberry Creamcheese Danish was also topnotch!
This was the first time either of us had tried Macaroons and they were outstanding, Blueberry...Strawberry, Chocolate, and Salted Carmel...all packed with flavor. Our favorite was the Salted Carmel.
The Raspberry Entremet was a total surprise as I'd never even heard of it...oh man was it rich and delicious! Loads of flavor!!

I cannot say enough to express how much I love this little bakery. I have been numerous times, and each time the service and treats were astounding. This time I had a blueberry lemon petit gauche. It was beautiful and delicious. My fiance had the turtle brownie and thought it was amazing. It is also just a wonderful experience to just sit and eat in the beautiful hotel area.

The food and pastries were delicious and they had a lot of options, though they only have Starbucks coffee. Went in the morning and then stayed to watch the horses train.
