Some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a very long time! Had the roasted s’more and passion fruit…AMAZING! Staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. Looking forward to coming back soon to try the smoothie/shakes. Hands down a must try if you’re in Pembroke Pines.

The interior is so bright, clean and inviting and the 2 employees working when I visited were delightful. Both were passionate about the flavors and options. The female employee gave me a history of the company which started in Boston. They offered me samples of flavors I was considering.

I chose the Almond Coconut bar in an Oreo cone. The cone was really big with lots of Oreo pieces held together with marshmallow. The scoop of ice cream was small compared to the cone. They said there was almonds in the ice cream however I didn't get any in my scoop.

Was really a great experience. The icecream was really well made, and there were plenty of options to chose from. A little on the pricey side, but the quality makes up for it. Had a very nice interaction with the owner behind the counter too. Great spot to visit!

Love the selection of flavors, including plenty of vegan options, yay!!! Ordered a vegan chocolate, vegan coconut, and a fruit smoothie. Cones are vegan as well as some of the toppings. They also have cakes for sale. Friendly service and love the rock and roll vibes I would definitely return!

I’ve been to Emack & Bolio’s a couple of times. The ice cream is delicious - you can tell that the base they use is high-quality. I’ve gotten scoops and sundaes and I’ve tried the toasted s’more flavor, as well as the vanilla and strawberry. I really enjoy the torched marshmallow topping. The staff is so pleasant, and it’s just great vibes at E&B. They play music from the 70’s and 80’s, and you can enjoy your ice cream in a chill environment. I’ll definitely go there whenever I’m in the mood for great ice cream and service!

Excited to have them in Pembroke Pines. We were able to visit and happy they finally are opened. We received such great customer service. Staff was able to explain the flavors and were very patient with our first time visit. I had the pretzel Carmel and had to have the cookies and cream cone… my husband drank his shake before I could take a picture… looking forward to going back soon
