The service was lovely and helpful.

Everything we tried, though, was dry and disappointing. They have a vast array of desserts; maybe they're offering too many things? I think they would do better to specialize in fewer offerings.

Most disappointing was the Hamantaschen and the Mandelbrot.

I was visiting my father and wanted to treat him to French croissants for Sunday, so I stopped by and picked a couple up here, because you know, the name of bakery.
But clearly these are not French croissants and I suspect there aren't many French reciped baked goods here either. Even another attendee writes great Persian and American baked goods.
My father didn't even eat the croissants now; thank you for that.
Bake what you want, but can you see how naming your place something it isn't could be confusing to potential customers

After serving LA customers for the last 15+ years, you could say Classic Le Palais Pastry knows a thing or two about sweets. Specializing in kosher, dairy-free desserts, Classic Le Palais offers treats perfect for any occasion. Whether you need a wedding cake or just an afternoon snack, Classic Le Palais has you covered. In addition to being a French bakery, their customers love the fact that they serve traditional Persian and Jewish pastries, like challah, cakes and ice creams. And Classic Le Palais love to take on new cake design related challenges. The walls are even lined with models of their beautifully crafted cakes. Just take a look at their website to see all the incredible flavor and frosting combinations they offer. Walking into their bakery on Pico is overwhelming. You'll want one of everything. My favorite treat I have tasted thus far is the Strawberry Mouse Cup followed closely by the traditional Baklava. This list barely scrapes the surface of the treats offered though. The options for pastries, cookies, breads, cakes, coffees, and teas are seemingly endless. You'll need to stop in to decide your favorites for yourself.

Le Palais is simply the best kosher bakery in LA. My family has been using them for catered events since my Bar Mitzvah and they are nothing short of amazing. G-d willing I will be able to have them cater my sons Bar Mitzvah as well.

A delicious kosher French bakery. This place was once owned by a different person and I was indifferent to their work. Since new ownership, I can say this bakery is among my favorites. They have a delicious assortment of cookies and breads, they have specialty Persian pastries to serve the large local Persian community, their cakes are stunning, fresh, and delicious. But the big thing here, their petit fours. Wow! The ones always on hand are great, but if you make a special order they will knock your socks off.

Ordered a cake for my Mom's 99th birthday. Daniel gave me samples to taste and was wonderful in assisting me in ordering the cake. It was a smashing success and her senior group were asking me where I ordered the cake because they loved it. I also ordered 3 pounds of cookies all of which disappeared quickly.

I have worked with Le Palais on several occasions: baby showers, birthdays, wedding. I have always had a positive experience with this bakery. They are professional and the cakes are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this bakery and would not hesitate to work with them in the future personally.

Selling day old bread as new ones. Always have to go back and return it and they keep doing it!
Shame on you!!!
Also, the prices on the small Challa rolls are going up while the sizes are getting smaller and smaller. I’m done with them!
