I tried the Japanese souffle and it was delicious. It was the closest thing to the one Ive tried in Japan and South Korea. It was fluffy and jiggly and moist. It does take time to make. I like that they make it fresh because These souffle are meant to be made fresh.

I also tried the desserts. The peach one was my favorite. The mango was a bit tart for me. The presentation is so pretty!

Super pretty cakes! I got the mango and Christmas tree during December and they tasted amazing! The prices are a bit high but reasonable. Flavors were tasty and the texture of the cakes were soft and smooth.

Just a lovely restaurant. Souffle pancakes melt in your mouth. The Ube Cloud Bread is absolutely fantastic. We also had the spicy sweet breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. Had 2 housemade teas that were perfection.

We had a grilled ham & cheese sandwich, fluffy pancakes and two drinks!
The grilled cheese was very good!
Pancakes was very airy & fluffy, I would say better then Grams! The Pineapple green tea & honey wasn’t very flavorful! Won’t get the drinks again!
The service was excellent and very friendly! Small parking lot and inside were pink themed but very clean!
Definitely will come again!

Stunning desserts. It's an I'm-so-lucky-to-live-in-portland experience.

We go to Chapagne Poetry after brunch on Hawthorne (it’s a quick walk from The Hazel Room and about fifteen minutes from The Jam).

I go to Champagne Poetry by myself, where I write a little and enjoy my favorite combo—Mango Tango with sparkling wine.

Today, I picked up four desserts for a family birthday dinner. Magnificent art on the plate, velvety textures, and vibrant flavors ?

Very pretty desserts! Most of them are actually mousse cakes of different flavors. Like that theythey aren't that sweet. Tastes good, but don't expect to feel rainbows inside your mouth. Savory items were also good. It's a cute restaurant with good food. I think it's a perfect place to meet up/ hang out with friends

We had an amazing vintage shopping trip to Belmont and stumbled upon this gem of a place! The soufflé pancakes were absolutely incredible—light, fluffy, and just perfect. They suggested adding ice cream and fruit, and I’m so glad I did; it took the dish to a whole new level! The Cloud 9 and roll cake were also incredibly delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness, not too sweet, just perfect. Highly recommend!
