This was my second consecutive year at the Blanket, and I was unsure if it would live up to the incredible experience of the first year with our closest friends. Well, it did. We also got an unexpected storm halfway through the trip this time (in April), making for a phenomenal last two days of snow/skiing. I cannot emphasize more the attention to detail of this entire operation. You feel it. They work so hard and I truly do not know how you could find better, more personalized attention, and customized experience anywhere else. The guiding/skiing is unmatched with not only the best attitudes and vibes from ALL staff and guides, but they know exactly what terrain to hit based on snow conditions and safety. The overall skiing experience of this exclusive winter playground is simply majestic. There is really no better way I can describe it. That is half of the joy… the other half is without a doubt the FOOD. Heidi is an absolute culinary genius, and I still have no idea how she manages what she does (especially without a commercial kitchen) but she does it to absolute perfection. Even accommodating food allergies and requests. Not just one meal a day either, but about five. Food is huge for me, and especially when needing quality nutrition for this 4 days of intense exercise. This is WORLD CLASS food that I literally look forward to equally as much as the incredible skiing. For me, it completes the experience. Lengthy review, but the Blanket Glacier Chalet and the entire experience is just THAT good.

This was my forth year...absolutely amazing experience. Organization, guiding and cooking is as good as it gets and snow quality has never disappointed. Highly recommend this trip to anyone who loves back country skiing!

CAPOW is a first class operation. It's clear they have grown with their people in mind, both guests and staff. They make you feel right at home at the Blanket Glacier Chalet. The cook made everything from scratch, the caretaker ensures that everything is in good shape, and the guides link up runs perfectly to accommodate skills and fitness of the guests. It's run by the coolest couple I know, with every detail thoughtfully laid out. And ultimately, it's probably the most beautiful place on earth. Highly recommend the experience.

The Blanket Glacier Chalet is an adorable A-frame with access to beautiful backcountry terrain right outside of their front door (and back door)....it's surrounded by peaks and TONS of SNOW. Backcountry skiing with the CAPOW guides in one of the most beautiful places in North America was a world-class experience. This was our second year traveling to The Blanket Glacier and we will definitely continue to visit The Blanket on an annual basis. The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is comfortable. The CAPOW guides gracefully accommodate groups with varying skill levels in the backcountry and the chalet chef's cuisine is the icing on top. Every meal (and cookie) is delicious. From the heli ride to the Blanket to the sauna sessions at the end of a long day and everything in between, the 360 experience the Blanket Team provides is a 10!

Truly the most magical experience you can have as a skier or boarder. This place falls under the "Must Do Before I Die" list. Grab your friends, take some stoke and get ready for the best trip ever. The staff go above and beyond every minute of the day. Pow pow pow! I'll be back!

This is an incredible spot with endless terrain. Marty Schaffer is a menace, he's professional, knowledgeable and tells endless jokes that will keep your crew howling. Did the 4 day full guided with food included, can not recommend enough. Our chef, Kim, crushed every meal while our tail guide Marty 2 and caretaker Cropper carried nothing but good vibes. Best ski vacation you'll ever sign yourself up for. They proved it.
