Long lines.. slow service. Salted caramel coffee tastes unique. Boba chocolate drink tastes one of a kind. Bakery items are many and low cost.

Parking was tight but once you're inside the excitement settles in (if you have a huge sweet tooth!) There were many different options to choose from from chocolatey, sweet, savory and different egg tarts and bread. It was so fun to choose from their large selection. All the prices seemed very reasonable as well! Will definitely be coming back ?

They always have variety of bread and drinks. I wish some cream filled bread had more cream inside(reason for one star down for food rating) but for the most part, I'm satisfied withe the taste also when they charge the bread, the part timers have to know the name of every single bread that had no label on it. May be get a barcode or categorize the bread by price so the workers can expedite in learning and processing?

This bakery is absolutely amazing, but what really makes it stand out is the exceptional customer service from Jimmy L! Every time my friends and I visit, he greets us with the warmest smile and makes us feel so welcome. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and always has the best recommendations—we tried the caramel sea salt coffee on his suggestion, and it was heavenly! Their patience and kindness, even during busy times, are truly impressive. Jimmy goes above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves happy. I can’t recommend this place enough! Great pastries, fantastic coffee, and service that feels like home.

I specifically ordered a Medium Hot Green Tea because drinking cold drinks makes me cramp. Please tell me why they gave me an iced cold green tea. How EXACTLY do you get the order WRONG when the label that's printed is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU and even tells you EXACTLY what to make Such a waste of money smh

This is the best chain of Asian bakery. It's a 2 hour drive from my house but so so worth it. First, this is my first time at this location but I frequented one in Orange County when I lived there two years ago. The concept is the exact same.
So I loaded up my tray with a ton of baked goods. I always buy a ton of the egg tarts. They are so creamy! The red bean paste filled buns are also so good. The softness of the bread seems unreal. They are reasonably priced (about $2.50 a bun) and just so fantastic. I also love their drink selections. I recommend the mango slush!
The staff is always so friendly and willing to help you select the perfect treat.
